Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders received after 4 pm EST will process the following business day. Large volume orders (1,000pcs or above) could potentially need 1 additional day of processing to prepare for shipment.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 18650 Battery Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@18650batterystore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose a USPS shipping option as this is the only carrier who can deliver to you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Batteries
All battery sales are final. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any battery as these are consumable goods and can be difficult to prove if unused and as a result, cannot be reused or resold.
If you have any questions about battery compatibility, please contact us prior to purchase.
Chargers, Cases, Wraps, etc.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Defective Cells (Dead on arrival)
If you receive a battery which is DOA (completely dead and will not charge), please contact us within 3 days of accepted delivery. We will accept these cells to be returned for a replacement under the following conditions:
- Batch/Serial numbers will be checked to verify the cells originated from our warehouse.
- Battery must be new/unused without any signs of use.
- All original packaging must be included.

We will issue you an RMA to return the DOA cells. Once the cells have been received, tested and verified to be DOA, a replacement order will be issued at no cost. After the 5 day window has passed, our DOA guarantee will expire and no DOA return will be accepted.
